Hong De Lion was there to celebrate the Grand Opening of the newly renovated Dandenong Market. After a speech by the Mayor of the City of Dandenong, Roz Blades, a plaque was unveilled. Our musicians attracted a big crowd before our lion performed. The crowd reaction was fantastic, cheering our performers on. Thank you to Eddie James from James Leigh Entertainment Promotions for being such a great MC that day! After our performance, our lion also roved through the market. There were lots of activities that day including Bollywood dancers, drummers, roving musicians and artists.
