Plume HighpointJade Stream, Hoppers Crossing with owners Lily and TonyOwner Ken Tun at Coco Chine, Caroline SpringsLikewise, we had just as many bookings if not more in the Western suburbs than the Eastern suburbs. Some are regular clients and some new clients. The Hong De Lions travelled as far as Geelong during the Chinese New Year period. We would like to thank the following restaurants for booking us this year: Jade Stream (Hoppers Crossing), China Tea (Hoppers Crossing), Plume (Highpoint), Coco Chine (Caroline Springs), Point Cook Town Centre and Coco Chine (Point Cook) and Man Bo Tower (Geelong). Again, several strings of firecrackers (some double) were lit at all our performances.
